No, due to our safety and equipment care, we do not perform services during heavy winds, rain storms and/or thunderstorms. In the event that services cannot be completed on your scheduled service day, your property will be serviced the day before or the following business day. If bad weather persists, your cut may be skipped all together. We will notify you as soon as possible.
If there is an extended period of drought during the summer, your lawn will be inspected weekly as scheduled but will only be cut if necessary to avoid lasting-damage. (50% of your weekly cut cost will be invoiced for inspection for per push customers only).
Please ensure that you have cleaned up after your pets prior to our arrival. Our rates are not structured to allow us the time to hose down our equipment between properties. We may not be able to cut your lawn if the area is not clean. No refund will be issued if we are unable to complete a visit due to excessive mess.
